Just a reminder that it is the responsibility of the parent/player to ensure that there are sufficient funds on an up to date credit/debit card that is linked to each players Basketball Connect profile.
We all know cards expiry date changes, cards are stolen or need to be cancelled for various reasons but please ensure you update your card on Basketball Connect.
It is not the responsibility of coaches and team managers to cover payments so that players can take the court on game day, some coaches/team managers may offer that from time to time, but it is not an expectation from the club for them to do so and we strongly encourage you not to expect them to do so.
If a payment can’t be processed Basketball South Australia will not allow the player to take the court to play the game.
