Hi Everyone, once again this year I am encouraging you to provide the club with feedback as the season starts to draw to a close and we prepare for 25/26.
The feedback provided is valuable to the committee members and those that look after specific area’s of the club to review the season and look at ways of improving for the next season. Please be open and honest in your feedback and email me direct at president@lionsbasketball.com.au
Often with feedback some people feel they can’t provide information on exactly how they feel or their thoughts for fear of repercussion in the future if they say something that they feel may be perceived as negative, I can assure you that is not the case and if we don’t get information it can make it difficult to improve. If you wish you can ask for the information to be kept private.
Please get any feedback emails sent in by the 31st of July, sideline chats will not help the club improve so if you would be so kind as to provide an email with your thoughts it will be greatly appreciated, good, bad or otherwise we need to hear it all.
