Dear players, families and members,

Please be advised that mid-week training will resume from next Tuesday 7th October. Monday is a public holiday, therefore unfortunately teams scheduled on Monday WILL NOT be able to train next week. Sunday training will resume on the 12th of October. Please carefully read the schedule to familiarise yourself with the appropriate time and place.

JDL SEASON: The first 3 rounds of the JDL season are now live on basketball connect. Download the app, search for your team, so you are kept up to date with your team’s schedule.

PLAYER ACCEPTANCE & BSA REGISTRATION: By now you should have completed your player acceptance form. Failure to do so unfortunately means a loss of position. Those players that have filled out the player acceptance form now would have received the BSA registration link via BSA. This needs to be completed ASAP, otherwise your child will not be able to take the court. This CANNOT be done the week of the first game, therefore please complete this ASAP.

UNIFORMS: With the change of over to new uniform design, there may be some players needing a uniform for grading/pre-season. We have a limited number of borrow uniforms, and I believe they have all been given out. Therefore, please speak with your coaches to see if they can help arrange a uniform. Otherwise, we do have uniform exemption for players to wear a blue singlet (with a number on the back) and black shorts up until the new year and Championship season. If you have an old or unused uniform, it would be greatly appreciated if you could lend this to a fellow teammate/family.

TEAMAPP: You should have now downloaded stack teamapp and gained access to your team. This would have placed you into the team’s chat group. You can start communicating with your team here. Some teams will start messenger chats, which is fine, but please still be active on you teamapp chat, as this is the only way the club can directly contact the whole team.

COACHES: We are finalising the last few coaches now. Coaches names and contact information will be added to the ‘teams’ section on teamapp ASAP.

PLAYER MOVEMENT: There will likely be player movement within teams over the next few months, as we try and find the ‘best fit’ team for each player to maximise their development. We will endeavour to finalise teams before the start of Championship season.
