Over the past few months we have received numerous emails from both Starplex/Trinity as well as Riverbanks College, addressing and bringing certain concerns to our attention. As a result we may likely have our court usage removed from us unless we make significant changes. Teams that do not comply with the following may have their mid-week training times removed, as we cannot continue to have these issues brought to our attention.

Therefore we strongly advise that ALL teams/players/coaches/TMs/families make a significant effort to abide by the following for trainings.

1. Please clean up any rubbish/mess from venues after training. Coaches/TMs who lock/close up, please double check when leaving the venue. This includes toilet areas.
2. Please refrain from using any other equipment at the venues that does not belong to you or CDBC.
3. Please do not take outside chairs into the venues and leave them there. This has been an issue at Riverbanks College.
4. Please do not use areas outside of our allocated areas. Eg. Do not enter store rooms or offices.
5. Please DO NOT use/access courts outside of your time frame unless arranged by the coach. This is especially important at Riverbanks, where we are NOT allowed to use courts outside of our usage. Court 2 at Riverbanks is being used by OHSC at certain times, even if it looks unused, we cannot use it unless in our times.
5. Coaches are reminded to always lock up and close all doors after leaving venues, and leave the court areas soon as your time has finished.


Thank you for adhering to these items. This has become a serious issue and something that we ALL need to manage and monitor so we can continue to keep our hire venues. Your adherence is greatly appreciated, as we strive to maintain strong relationships with our venues.
